The three houses are located on a 6-hectare farm of chestnut trees, holm oaks and pines. The farm belongs to the municipality of Valdelarco, 800 m from the town, 4 km from Galaroza, 6 km from Fuenteheridos, 12 km from Aracena, 6 km from Jabugo, 110 km from Seville and 220 km from Córdoba.
The houses, built with a Dutch project, each have approximately 180 m2 built. ; one of them enabled for people with reduced capacity. They are equipped with furniture and complete kitchenware, with ten beds each. They have a common 8×12 m swimming pool, laundry facilities, a cistern, as well as their own electricity and water facilities.
The farm has a license to build two more buildings, each measuring 180 m2, something exceptional in this natural park area. This license and part of the property could be transferred to third parties.
The houses were built in 2008 and are registered in the tourist registry as rural tourism houses, with suitable conditions for both winter and summer.
Each house constitutes an independent registered property, with 800 m2 of private land, and with 33% participation in the rest of the common elements (6 hectare property, swimming pool, cistern, wells, riding arena, etc.).
